Job description
Braze Technician
Essential Job Functions (duties & responsibilities):
1. Assist with operation, control and monitoring of brazing furnaces, welders, and related equipment.
2. Prepare customer supplied parts for processing; frequently involves cleaning, assembling and applying braze alloy according to shop order and technical drawings.
3. Load and unload furnaces, fixtures, weights, etc.
4. Follow written procedures on shop orders and/or customer paperwork.
5. Perform post-braze visual inspection and conduct leak testing using helium leak detection equipment.
6. Bring any irregularities or non-conformities to attention of supervisor or management.
7. Promote safety and good housekeeping practices.
8. Assist with performing equipment maintenance as necessary.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
SALARY - 15000 + ACCOMMODATION
