The Director, Strategy Consulting is responsible for leading the development and delivery of marketing data-driven, customer centric and marketing technology-enabled strategies to optimize business performance, drive innovation, and create a competitive advantage for our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for leveraging marketing data and technology, and driving strategic initiatives that support our clients’ goals.

What you’ll enjoy in this role
You will develop and execute marketing data and technology strategy consulting engagements focusing on client's objectives and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage marketing data and technology for decision-making and drive end-to-end execution of strategic consulting engagements. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Communicate the value and impact of marketing data and technology initiatives, promoting a marketing data-driven culture. Engage in pre-sales activities, business development, and solution design, as well as post-sales delivery management and execution leadership. Lead strategic engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement risk, and cultivate long-lasting client relationships. Bring excellent knowledge of digital marketing, MarTech, and a forward-thinking, big-picture vision. Exhibit deep industry knowledge and understanding of marketing data & technology best practices, processes, and key aspects of an industry vertical.
