Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of an Account Manager located in Hyderabad. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships with Magicbricks' existing customers. The role involves identifying customer needs and requirements, and ensuring that their expectations are met through a proactive and customer-focused approach. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for designated clients and will be responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction metrics are achieved while driving growth of Magicbricks' customers.

Qualifications
Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or account management position.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, managing multiple accounts, and achieving business targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Management degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English,Hindi and Telugu languages is preferred.
