Designation Proposed: Assistant Manager LMS Specialist
Work location: Mumbai, Andheri East
Responsibilities:
- Work with the HR Manager to design and implement LMS strategies.
- Work with the LMS vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and build integration strategies to better serve online learning participants.
- Collaborate and work closely with business divisions and other training teams to conceptualize, design and implement E-Learning/Digital Learning Solutions.
- The LMS Specialist will also be responsible for managing data feeds between the LMS and other information systems, as well as providing technical support, troubleshooting, and testing activities, when necessary.
- Facilitate the escalations and issue resolution for IT issues connected to LMS with the LMS vendor.
- Support tools, content, internal security modifications, roles and system enhancements
- The incumbent will need to be experienced in e-learning content developer. Create and Integrate Multimedia – audio, video content (Exposure to Any tools - Captivate, Articulate, Powtoon etc. – other tools of content creation preferred)
- Conceptualize and implement Gamified Learning (Online & Offline) initiatives
- Create and Maintain LMS Dashboards, MIS Reports
- Monitor and evaluate the business impact of the learning programs delivered.
- Share feedback on performance of learning activities, learning usage and analytics to support any future system enhancements.
- Guide, train and coach the team members, end users (employees), and managers and senior leaderships on the LMS system. Be the subject matter expert and advisor on LMS functionality and processes.
Educational Background/ Other requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree preferred in Human Resources or Learning and Development (exposure to pharma background preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and implementing LMS for large sized organizations
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team.
- Candidate must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, English verbal, written, editing, research, and verbal communication skills.
