Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager-LED Lighting for our on-site office located in Vijayawada responsible for Andhrapradesh & Telangana Market.

The Marketing Manager-LED Lighting will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our wide range of LED lighting solutions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels, responsible for create a Distribution channel and appoint appropriate Distributors to ensure full area coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role
• Prior experience in LED lighting and/or the lighting industry is highly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, digital advertising, and events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, data analysis, and familiarity with relevant marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
• An understanding of customer behavior and how to build customer relationships
• Familiarity with Indian market trends and regulations is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi
