Cre-AID Labs is looking for a Medical Sales Representative for the Kochi region in the field of orthopedics and plastic surgery . The role will include mapping and planning the revenue and P&L goals for the business unit and being responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line: MITHRIL splints: an alternative to a plaster cast . Â

Role And Responsibilities: Â Â
- Forging, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers, and internal teams. Â
- Identify and drive business development initiatives in the current and new accounts, including training and education of Hospital staff, HCPs, and Distributors.  Â
- Working closely with key stakeholders, which includes the sales, technology and product teams. Â
- Responsible for product innovation, customer experience, channel strategy, and P&L; management.  Â
- Working on strategies for retention and referrals to increase company revenue. Â
- Track and gather market data, and the number of indicated surgeries, and gather and analyze competitor activities.  Â
- Drives adherence to sales KPIs, call average, customer coverage, working days, lead trackers, and product demonstrations. Â
- Creating and pitching product presentations to prospective clients. Â
- Documenting the updates on CRM and presenting them to the team weekly.  Â
- Motivating and monitoring the sales team's progress Â
- Monitoring and ensuring cost-effective use of funds for overheads, incentives pay-out, and marketing strategies. Â
- Achievement of monthly sales target with alignment to quarterly activity plan.  Â

Required experience and Skills  Â
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel. Strong understanding of technology and business. Â
- Excellent knowledge and impressive track record of work in the orthotic and rehabilitation devices domain. Â
- Has an impressive track record in sales, operation, and general management in B2B Sales.  Â
- Good Knowledge and experience in handling CRM software, like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc. Â
- Significant experience in setting up, managing, and leading a high-performing team. Â
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills. Â
- Experience in integrating customer needs, product design, and technology. Â

 Qualifications  Â
- 2-4Â years of experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, clinic, or medical devices preferred in the Orthopaedic device and plastic surgery field.
- You would have worked in B2B sales profiles with hospitals, Clinics, etc. Â
- Education: UG or PG Graduate. Â
- You would have handled a team in your previous role. Â
