Roles amp; Responsibilities: - Communicate to Supplier through SQA for Quality concerns in lot/ parts received from Supplier
- Monitor supplier rejection PPM
- Effectiveness Monitoring of Supplier corrective actions
- Suppliers visit amp;amp; promoting the use of process improvement techniques
- Preparing and presenting performance reports
- Providing training on Quality topics and raising awareness within external vendors
- Developing quality procedures to ensure that content is appropriate
- Coordinating reviews of quality procedures relating to continuous improvement activity
- Interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards
- Implementing PPAP process at vendor end
- Performing vendor Quality system audit
Requirements - Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO9001:2015 etc)
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Experience in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work on own initiative amp; Technical Leadership in Quality
- Good Communication skills
- Structured problem solving using Six Sigma, 8D or A3 methods
- Strong in 7QC TOOLS, 8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP
- Report preparation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of EMS, Machining, fabrication etc.

Eligible Candidates - Desired Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical engineering
- Work Experience: 3+ Years
