o Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs relevant experience from IT industry (individual Contributor), working with our size company (500+ employees to 1000)
o Qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent degree from a reputed University
o Location: Pune, India (Nearby office area (i.e. Bavdhan/Baner/Pashan/Kothrud)
o Work from Office
o Reporting: Head of India Operations
Job Description: –
- Induction and Onboarding - Involved in onboarding activities that connecting with the candidates, tour of the office to a new joiner and induction.
- Employee Connect and Feedback – To the employees through various channels such as in-person meetings, email, phone call and reviewing the feedback and helping management create action plans based on the findings.
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather information.
- 30-60-90 Days feedback for mid-level
- Handle Performance Improvement Plan sensitively.
- To co-ordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy and develop the plans to improve employee engagement through focus groups, floor activities, or other methods.
- Handle end to end Reward and Recognition process.
- Handle Great Place to Work end to end process till certification. (i.e. announcements, surveys, follow-up etc).
- Able to work multiple areas like weekly Insurance endorsements, addition-deletion data etc.
- If worked on Soft-skill training and development would be added advantage.
- Experience of conduction and analysing effective qualitative and quantitative research using data to improve the effectiveness of the employee engagement activities.
