What will your job look like?
- Accountable for defining & planning infra/IT strategy and prioritizing infra/IT service targets for the project and its interfaces simultaneously
- Accountable for infra and IT services from establishment to OGS (ongoing support) and serve as a focal point to partners requiring infra/IT services, including handling customer concerns and problem resolution
- Handle End-2-End production architecture design, setup, implementation and operation
- Cultivate service orientation and adhere to agreed SLAs, responsible for meeting infra/IT SLA and handle internal important metrics
- Identify, assess and mitigate infra/IT related risks
- Seek to understand the challenges/needs of the customer/business groups, plan/anticipate the needs/demands of client groups
- Define and mediate timelines and priorities with other groups according to staffing, requirements and budget
All you need is....
- 15+ years’ experience in infrastructure management including people management
- Diverse experience in infra/IT dimensions
- Supporting multiple customers & complex networks in a 24x7 environment.
- CCNA/CCNP/CCNA-security-- security or Routing & Switching stream certifications.
- Good understanding & hands-on experience with configuring & troubleshooting F5 LTM load balancers.
- Good understanding & hands-on experience with configuring & troubleshooting Cisco ASA Firewall, Checkpoint, datacenter switching
- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting ACLs, Network Address Translation (NAT), and Site-to-Site VPNs.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, Load balancers, IP subnetting, and TCP/IP models.
- Should be able to Analyze and suggest solutions/designs for customer requirements.
- Good in creating and maintaining relevant technical documentation.
- Experience working with TCP/IP, routing protocols, Netflow, access-control lists, firewalls, DNS, VPN, IPSEC, AAA, and TACACS
- Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS)
A computer Engineering Degree or equivalent is essential, the experienced degree is an advantage
