Overview:
The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in the organization by providing exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position is crucial in building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for prompt resolution
- Assist with placement of orders refunds or exchanges
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Resolve customer complaints conflicts and issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- High level of initiative and followthrough
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle challenging demands
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
