Job description
Responsibilities:
● Ensuring that all legal compliances and annual audits are completed within time by
coordinating with Auditors.
● Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings committees and annual general meetings
(AGMs) and follow up on action points.
● Convene and service AGMs EGMs (when required) take minutes draft resolutions and lodge
required forms and annual returns including XBRL filing with appropriate departments.
● Handling all investor queries and sharing recurring reports as per the agreement
● Provide legal financial and/or strategic advice to the management whenever required.
● Ensure policies regulatory or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to
date and approved by the committee.
● Maintain statutory books including registers of members directors and secretaries.
● Handle correspondence collate information write reports and communicate decisions to
relevant company stakeholders.
● Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes
in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
● Administering ESOPs plan of the company keeping ESOP records.
● Manage contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
● Ensuring the compliance of various Labour Laws to protect the interests of labour industry and
all stakeholders and at same time prevent unwanted lawsuits and penalty for non-compliance.
● Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely
recording of transactions cash management banking payroll receivables and payables.
● Responsible for monthly reporting to the management and investors on the performance of the
company.
● Handling all investor queries and sharing recurring reports as per the agreement
● Management of Accounts in Books and processing Invoices ensuring indirect taxes (including
GST) is charged as per the applicable Laws.
Required skills and experience:
● Practical Knowledge of Corporate Laws Securities Laws and ROC Compliances.
● CS Inter/Qualified with 1 to 2 Yrs experience.
● Ability to work independently and effectively with the team.
● Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
● Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles practices standards laws and
regulations
● Have high attention to detail deliver reports with accuracy and stay organized.
● Advanced computer skills in MS Office accounting software and databases
● Ability to work within deadlines and take responsibility - must be able to identify the deadline
for a piece of work to be completed.
