Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an individual responsible for purified water generation and distribution operation and maintenance through SCADA system, perform sanitization,, preventative maintenance, break down maintenance, calibration monitoring, as per SOPs, coordination with vendors for materials & services, SPOC for central water distribution (CWDS) works including daily tanker monitoring, quality checking, projects execution, vendor bills submition to finance, Responsible for water system projects, audit Readiness & compliance, Adherence in safety & Environment guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Adhere to the SOP’s and laid down procedures in the water system area.
2. To perform routine area/equipment Cleaning, Disinfection preparation related activities and documentation for same.
3. To coordinate with the superiors and other related departments for the smooth functioning of the activities.
4. To ensure up keeping of the equipment, area and daily records.
5. To update SOP’S periodically as per requirement/schedule.
6. To maintain and follow the safety precautions to avoid accidents/incidents in water system.
7. Receipt and submission of the SOP's, logbooks, other formats and all GMP documents etc to the QA department
8. To complete any other task/ project assigned by superior.
9. To perform on- line entries in GMP documents like printouts, log-books etc. as per Good Documentation Practice.
10. To maintain cleaning and sanitization in the Water system area.
11. To participate in qualification and validation activities.
12. To prepare/review GMP documents like URS, qualification, validation, study protocols and reports.
13. Execution and supervision of the departmental activities.
14. To raise the quality notification i.e. Change control, incident, CAPA
15. To raise the breakdown requests in SAP and inform to all concerned person
16. To participate in inspections (Internal/External).
17. To co-ordinate and support for timely completion of calibration, preventive maintenance, qualification/validation of equipment as per schedule.
18. To Perform Preventive maintenance activities of Water system equipments
19. Control of the incidents and unusual observations by close monitoring of the operations.
20. Daily reporting to the Department Section Head.
21. Review of water quality trends.
22. To ensure and coordinate with cross functional team members to perform preventive maintenance schedules are carried out in SAP and maintaining the necessary record, Break downs & General maintenance activities and Sanitizations as per defined frequency.
23. Responsible to maintain spares of Water System equipment's by follow up with OEM & External vendors & SCM, and ensure availability of Water System equipment’s from time to time. 
24. Operation of water system Equipments .
25. Ensure contract manpower training and department team trainings coordination and tracking online.
26. Responsible for all time Audit readiness
27. Responsible for Central water distribution system compliance like quality and finance
28. Responsible for Central water distribution system operation and maintenance with third party

Qualifications

Educational qualification:  Diploma

Minimum work experience : 3-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on water systems
Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills
• Good documentation skills, Handling of change controls, incident investigations, Preparation of Risk assessment, SOPs ,Spares parts management,

Mandatory Skills

• Experience & good knowledge in Water System Operation and maintenance and trouble shooting of Purified water and Central water distribution system
