Workdays: In office 6 day workweek - with second Saturday off.

Experienced in: 70% HR Generalist + 30% Talent Acquisition (in NBFC/BFSI/Financial services companies)

Experience: 7-10 years of proven end to end HR Generalist experience - having worked for NBFC/BFSI industries for atleast 4+ years.

Candidate's CURRENT CTC (band preferred): 8-12 lacs per annum

Job Summary: Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced State level HR Manager , who will play a key role in managing and overseeing all HR functions for their company locations in Hubli. This includes onboarding, recruitment, HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, talent management, employee benefits, leaves/absence management, employee engagement, and handling employee grievances. The successful candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a passion for fostering a positive & progressive, solution oriented, workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Lead the end to end recruitment & selection process for the zonal offices allotted to you - attached to the city you're based out of, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.

2 HR Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic HR support to drive overall state office based success of the people charter - effectively meeting organizational people strategy that percolates from the top.

3 Employee Relations:

• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4 Performance Management:

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development.

5 Talent Management:

• Identify and nurture talent within the organization.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to support employee growth.

6 Employee Benefits and Leaves Management:

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee leaves and absence management processes.

7 Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience of 7-10 years in HR generalist role with at least 3-4 years working in NBFC/BFSI/Financial services companies.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in India.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
