Order handler and Planner - PDL

Job description
In this job the Order handler and Planner would be responsible for:
- Responsible for complete order handling function for local as well as GMU orders.
- Responsible for the overall order handling and planning activities along with transactional processes.
- Being the contact window of Internal customers to deal with orders.
- Communicate with customers and act as a customer representative internal.
- Work in close coordination with O2C on 6 weeks Rolling Plan, order acknowledgement & rescheduling.
- Handling enquiries, quotations, correspondence for GMU requirements.
- Closely monitor and improve on KPIs (DOTp and OFLTd).
- Focus on Problem Resolution and optimization of order handling processes.
- Escalate deviations in established processes, work proactively towards removal of constraints for smoother execution of orders.
- Contribute to improvement of overall departmental KPIs.
- Take active part in implementation of ALPS Installation and other projects for productivity improvements.
- Ensure that Customer orders are maintained and updated in System.
- Registrate orders and monitor order settlement process (delay, move forward, orders on hold, TBA).
- Handle returns, commission, credit/debit.
- Handle, and administrate extras blocks and extra costs connected to orders.
- Create order documentation relevant to the customer .
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Align overall targets and KPI s to department goals and KPI s.
- Ensure a good level of cooperation between Order Handling, MM and Logistics
- Communicate internally and externally to ensure smooth supply of parts and services.
- Participate in ALPS board meeting and highlight SQDC deviations.

Qualification, Knowledge, and skills:
- BE / DME with 8-9 years relevant experience Order Handling & planning
- Hands on experience of using ERP.
- Overall supply chain understanding.
- Knowledge of MS office
- Knowledge about planning tools
