Position: Business Development/Telly Caller (Fresher/1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:
As a Business Development/Telly Caller at F4 Migration Guru, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients/customers through strategic calling efforts. Whether you're a fresh graduate eager to kickstart your career or someone with up to one year of experience in business development or telemarketing, this role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and market expansion.

*Responsibilities:*
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
2. Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including email campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers through regular communication and personalized interactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion.
5. Document and track all interactions with clients/customers in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
6. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the company.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred (for freshers).
2. Up to one year of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients/customers over the phone.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
7. Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
