Role Title: Operations Analyst

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide mail/material project design support on ID card/member material requests.
• Provide timely communication on the progress and status of all assigned tasks to appropriate operational areas.
• Responsible for setting IPM/AM/client expectations on production timelines to meet PM Performance Guarantees.
• Resolve material concerns arising from member or client issues and communicate resolutions promptly and effectively.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Promote the use of the standard Welcome Kit materials.
• Determine the appropriate member materials template for the client's request.
• Develop standard and custom member materials (resin and plastic ID cards) to meet clients' requests and ensure NCPDP and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Word is a must, and knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Responsible for accurate system set-up of all member materials and client demographic levels.
• Follow defined quality control procedures.
• Identify and communicate material issues/problems that may cause errors or delays.
• Maintain or exceed the accuracy level set by department standards.
• Work with IPMs, AMs, Eligibility, Corporate Procurement, CBA, and other Express Scripts staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues that may affect customer satisfaction and client retention.
• Responsive to team members and other internal customer needs.
• Report status updates daily.

Experience Required:

• Two years of desktop publishing or graphic arts experience OR 1 year of graphic arts and one year of print production experience

Education and Training Required:

• 2-year degree and one year of either graphic arts or print production experience

Primary Skills:

• Must know at least 3 of the following – Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various levels of employees/clients.
• Strong customer service focus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to priorities and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
