Job description

Position: Call Centre Executive (20 nos)

Job Summary :

As a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach.

Role:

Ø Timely management of a incoming and outgoing calls

Ø Adhering to call centre 'scripts' when dealing with various topics

Ø Determining the demands of consumers, clarifying information, researching every problem, and offering solutions

Responsibility:

Ø Excellent customer support and customer service skills

Ø Prior customer service experience; a history of exceeding quotas; strong phone and verbal communication abilities; and active listening

Ø Experience with CRM systems and procedures.

Ø Attention to the needs of customers and tolerance of various personality types.

Ø Capability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and successfully manage time.

Ø Collecting and analysing customer feedback.

Ø Answering questions about a company's products or services.

Ø Processing orders and transactions.

Ø Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.

Ø Delivering information about a company's offerings.

Ø Providing proactive customer outreach.

Ø Handling customer complaints.

 

Requirement-

Ø Candidates with minimum Degree Qualification.

Ø Experience of minimum 2 Years in similar position.
