Candidates should be from BPO Background only.
Handling Frontline hiring (Agent based) either for Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Faridabad/Ghaziabad location.
Total Experience - 10+ years
Relevant Experience - 1+years (Manager Experience)
Handled a team of Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Leads & Recruiters
Handled Volume, Bulk and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
Must be comfortable with Work from Office
Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
