Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Chandigarh. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-life cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various technical and non-technical roles. The role will also include employer branding and enhancing candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes
• Strong skills in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience
• Experience in technical recruiting and interviewing
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the design/engineering industry is a plus
