Worker Tracking Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:

The Contingent Workforce (CT) Talent Tracking+ Analyst, is an operational global role in the Contingent Talent Solutions (CTS) program. The role utilizes their analytical and communication skills to identify areas/spends which are not categorized or incorrectly categorized. The CWS program helps Bayer Managers Globally in hiring contingent workforce in a systematic and compliant manner. As a member of the CWS team, the incumbent will be supporting in analyzing the regional contingent workforce and categorization of the contingent worker, related program infrastructure by partnering with internal stakeholders utilizing contingent labor and external supplier/suppliers in the countries/region. The Contingent Talent (CT) Worker Tracking+ Analyst works closely with the Worker Tracking+ Agent and other operational CWS globally and reports to the Global Worker Tracking+ (WT)+ Lead. The activities within the CWS program will not only relate back to the planned coverage of all regions.

KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the global 'Worker Tracking+' program by analyzing the data received and checking for right categorization of the worker.
  • Align with the Global Worker Tracking+ Lead on activities to be performed
  • Utilize different approaches to identify external workers and distinguish between agency workers and SOW/IC workers
  • Identify users of external workers and understand the nature of contingent labor being utilized
  • Work with various areas like IT, PROC to access required data sets.
  • Create methods to analyze data queue to identify the required data which in scope for the CTS

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3+ years' experience in contingent workforce related position or in a role that supports/has direct exposure to contingent workforce or/and Human Resources processes and initiatives.
  • Proven communication skills (English) through all management levels in an organization.
  • Data gathering by communicating with multiple sources/people and data analysis
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel and other reporting tools
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass is a plus
  • Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and identify opportunities for data categorization
  • Keen eye for detail, data patterns, and trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate discipline in operational excellence and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to gather information required
