Position: Smart Contract Developer
Experience Required: 5+ years after college
Location : Chandigarh
Budget : 10 - 14 lpa
You will be responsible for designing and implementing smart contract solutions that are secure, efficient, and scalable, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies into our products and services.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts for various blockchain platforms, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Architect and develop decentralized applications (DApps) that interact with smart contracts, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development process.
- Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and mitigate security risks, optimizing for performance and gas efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, smart contract standards, and cryptographic protocols, integrating cutting-edge features and improvements into our projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's growth by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in smart contract development.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of blockchain solutions that can enhance privacy, scalability, and interoperability of our applications.
- Document development processes, architecture decisions, and smart contract functionalities, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on smart contract development and blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in Solidity and experience with other smart contract languages such as Vyper or Chaincode.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other blockchain platforms, with hands-on experience deploying DApps and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with smart contract development tools and blockchain testing frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security practices.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks and integrating web3 technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
