Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager located in Kolkata. The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, managing the sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals. The Retail Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a team and ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in sales and meeting sales goals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or design
• Experience in retail management is a plus
