Job description
1. Experience:
Minimum 2 - 5 years Maximum in Account and Tax Compliance
2. Job Profile:
The manager will be responsible to execute all accounting function for the client which shall include the following:
· Accounting in TALLY ERP 9 should be well versed with using all the functions;
· Make all monthly payments service tax TDS GST, PT etc. online in proper challans
· Prepare all cheques and online payments to vendors.
· Payroll management with all compliance of taxes.
· Filing of GST, TDS, PT Returns and PF on line compliance.
· Maintain all accounting records and documents for management and audit compliance
· Prepare financial statements including calculation for deprecation and tax audit schedules
· Prepare MIS for management review
· Co-ordinate and attend to the requirements of internal auditors and statutory auditors.
· Coordinate with management for all accounting matters and co-ordination with all statutory matters
· Prepare details for GST, Professional tax and Income tax assessments
3. Skill Essential:
Tally ERP, TDS, GST and Payroll management, Financial accounting for corporate entities, Business communication in English
Knowledge of other accounting software's like SAP, ZOHO, Oracle etc. will be an added advantage
4. Key skill:
Knowledge of accounting standards, Compliance with GST, TDS, labour laws and Companies act 2013.
