Job Description:
1. Resolve the cases flagged by end users, clients, interval vendors and external vendors using Email and or Phone as support channel.
2. Resolve the queries/cases to fullest satisfaction by adhering to defined process /procedures.
3. Deliver the KPIs and SLAs allocated to technical support engineer.
4. Regular analysis and feedback ideas/suggestions that will improve efficiency, production and or quality of both operations and customer experience.
5. Job involves Troubleshooting, diagnosing, root cause analysis, and detailed reviewing.
6. Toggle and work between various numerous applications, includes technical skilled tools.
7. Must have ability to work in fast paced environment and KPI focused mindset.
8. Be flexible to stretch and go beyond when needed to ensure cases are resolved on time and avoid production impact.
9. Handle and resolve various problem statement encountered in data flow chart of specific product.
10. Resolve cases, alerts, notifications and external request from client, customers and vendors.
11. Be highly skilled to work on SQL application and be good at running queries, customizing queries and update data on SQL.
12. Run testing of tools, applications and participate in new upgrades and launches! Attend daily team meeting, client call and liaise with vendors.
13. Multi-tasking and cross skilled to work on different verticals within the same product.
