SAP Program Manager.

The Role

In this role, you will provide expert-level program management guidance for complex SAP Implementation, transformation & Integrations aligned with customer's Project/Product organization and/or relative IT/Business organization. You must be able to manage resources and interdependencies, define and set up work, and have a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the project life cycle. The key responsibilities of this role include managing overall SAP program from build to go-live across multiple customers, senior stakeholder management, managing staffing, managing development teams, validate solutions designs, manage schedule and dependencies, communication / change management planning, coordination with other teams, deliverable review and submission, critical path identification, risk and issue management, and mitigation planning.

Roles and Responsibilities: Understand the customer's requirements, business processes and solution landscape. SAP Program Management Resource will assist in various SAP/ERP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues. Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change. Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events Create & track detailed program level & project plans and execute them Understand SAP project methodology and premium engagement’s services and drive adoption Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants, Project Managers & support resources and lead them in the program Manage project scope, resources (human, financial etc.) and schedule to ensure that the project team members are meeting the deadlines and following the guidelines Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems & facilitate decisions Handle the escalations and conflict within the program team Have good working experience in stakeholder management, change management, communication plan, risk and mitigation plan, implementation and cutover plan. Prepare Program status updates based on the stakeholders, handle Steerco Meetings, Phase exits and Program level meetings.

Required Skills: 10 to 15 years of experience of which at least 5 -6 years should be as SAP Functional Consultant Proven experience in leading MULTIPLE SAP implementation programs Experience in managing and delivering S/4HANA project/program MUST have strong Functional knowledge in any SAP Modules like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM Experience in Project Management Tools Should have managed CXO level stakeholders Should have driven Steering Committee meetings Demonstrated program management skills Certifications like PMP/Agile/Scrum Master/Prince2 is preferred Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills Experience in Cloud solutions Bachelors in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Knowledge and experience of other agile, lean and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, etc.) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & presentation skills Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
