Work experience: 0-3 years (BBA/MBA HR/Marketing) Roles & Responsibilities: Ü TAKE 'ON CALL'/'WALK IN ENQUIRIES' ENQUIRIES AND TRY TO EXPLAIN OUR PRODUCTS Ü CONVINCE ENQUIRIEES TO TAKE ADMISSIONS Ü GET AGREEMENT SIGN WITH EVERY STUDENT Ü Fee follows ups Ü FILL IN ALL RELATED INFORMATION AND COLLECT DOCUMENTS Ü FINXL make batches & ensure attendance, send emails, Content sharing including videos & pdfs to Students Ü Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors Ü Send training details to clients, students, Ü Craft career plans Ü Keep track of every student on their learning, performance measurement, market readiness, any further training need identification Ü Keep Students full data base - Resume, Picture, Expectations from the course, Email id, Mobile, Telegram no. during their enrolment, Invoice sharing, T&C form filling from student Ü LMS access Ü Videos & content uploading on LMS Ü Get reviews on social media of every student Ü Connect Students on social media Ü Get reviews from students on google, social media (LinkedIn, fb, Instagram, twitter) Ü Encourage them to share their models, reports, other learnings on social media while tag FINXL & FACTSHEET on the same Ü Enquiry Follow ups, sending mails, WhatsApp, brochures, placement details, approx. placed student's package Ü Sharing Content to Students Ü Send mails to student with their performance & growth charts, Absentees etc Requirements Qualifications and Skills required: Graduation and Post Graduation (HR, Marketing, IB, Finance, Operations) Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi) and Management skills Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills Best Regards, Akanksha Singh HR Generalist [HIDDEN TEXT]Job tags
