Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Apex Shears Pvt. Ltd. in Dehradun. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, sales and sales management, and training.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong sales skills and experience in sales management
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proven success in meeting sales targets
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
