Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, knowledgeable about current trends, and has a knack for crafting engaging content. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, developing strategies to increase our online presence, and driving engagement with our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: social media, blogs, websites, videos, podcasts, and email newsletters.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and topics to create timely and compelling content.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, community management, and responding to user inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to leverage emerging trends and technologies.
- Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, and email campaigns.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency in messaging.
- Stay informed about changes to social media algorithms, policies, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
Requirement
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, to enhance content creation processes and efficiency.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing software.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects is a plus.
