Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager who will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, oversee staff, and drive sales growth. The Store Manager will also be responsible for managing retail loss prevention and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills
• Store Management experience
• experience with POS billing softwares
• Retail Loss Prevention experience
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, but not required

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience in the hospitality or food industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience in a management capacity.
