This is a hotel refurbishment project in Mumbai.

The opportunity
The assistant planning manager supports planning functions on allocated project and contribute, as required.
Assists in verification of projects/tenders to ensure alignment to define planning processes, as required.
Contributes with project management function in the delivery of project, as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and profitably.
You'll be responsible for:
Assists with developing detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints.
Interfaces with project team, contributes to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understands functional obligations under form of a contract.
Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Incorporates sustainable design and procurement processes within integrated programmes.
Challenges and ensures health and safety through programme integration.
Assists, establishes and oversees project work plans and deadlines.
Undertakes tasks required to fulfil the requirements of the project/assignment.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
About you
Bachelor's degree in civil.
Experience in planning and scheduling of any project of similar nature from start to handover.
Experience in Electronic Document Management of projects of similar nature.
Experience in compiling and managing document repository and auditing.
