Job Description: Director of Search Marketing USA SHIFT WORK FROM HOME

Position Overview: We are seeking a Search Marketing Genius with unparalleled expertise and a proven track record in driving successful search marketing campaigns, particularly for North American clients. This role demands deep knowledge across all facets of search marketing, including SEO, SEM, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of blending innovative search marketing strategies with analytical rigor to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive search marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions for North American clients across various industries. -Conduct thorough keyword research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify and capitalize on search marketing opportunities. -Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search engines while ensuring a seamless user experience. -Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including budget management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization. -Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to continually refine strategies. -Stay abreast of the latest search engine algorithms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and web developers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach. -Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients, translating complex search marketing concepts into actionable strategies.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Search Marketing Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years working directly for or with North American clients. -Expertise in SEO and SEM, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, PPC campaign management, and conversion rate optimization. -Proficiency in analytics and search marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Google Ads, Bing Ads). -Strong understanding of the North American market, including consumer behavior, digital trends, and regulatory considerations. -Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into effective marketing strategies. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent are highly preferred. -A portfolio of successful search marketing campaigns that have driven significant business results for North American clients.
