We are seeking a motivated Subscription Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Subscription Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling subscription-based products or services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new subscribers and retaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential customers' requirements and present tailored subscription solutions.
- Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our subscription offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with customers to close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in subscription-based sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Adaptability to changes and willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
