7- 12 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing first-level contact and issue resolution includes responding to reported hardware, software, network, applications, VPN, Biometric, CCTV and security issues.
- Providing remote, phone and local support on desktop, laptop, hardware, OS, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive and other applications.
- Network monitoring of LAN, WAN, UTM, firewall, switches, Wireless, VPN tunnel, and EPABX.
- On boarding / Off boarding of resources, user ID management, maintaining documents, FAQs, KB articles and reporting.
Essential Skills / Competencies:
- Managed users about 100-200 with their desktop (Windows 10, IOS, etc.) and software application support with their day to day business needs.
- Experience managing Printers, Phones, other Peripheral devices and logging Vendor tickets / calls for issue resolution.
- Experience in working on Ticketing systems including (but not limited to) Closing calls as per SLA and updating ticket status and resolution in Ticketing system.
- Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting user issues related to AD, DNS, DHCP, File Servers in MS Windows environment.
- Should have worked on and have knowledge of Outlook and Office 365 Desktop level administration.
- Should have a knowledge of some virtualization and Cloud technologies
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
- Handling users and their mobile devices such as Laptops, Smartphones - Android, Apple devices, etc.
- Basic knowledge on Networking (LAN and WAN), VLAN s, VPN tunnels (remote & site2site) and firewalls is preferred.
- Should have worked and knowledge of Wi-Fi access points for user base of 100-200
