Role:

Compliance Executive

Experience Range:

1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Law or Compliance. Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (Executive Passed) with relevant experience in compliance roles with focus on Companies Act, LLP Act, and RBI Filings.

Preferred Qualifications: ● CS Executive with Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or Compliance

Role Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Executive with deep knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, and RBI Filings. The candidate will be responsible for driving the compliance activities related to these statutes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for our organization and its group entities.

Key Deliverables : 1. Companies Act, 2013, and LLP Act, 2008 Compliance: a. Ensure compliance with all relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. b. Monitor changes in legislation and update internal policies and procedures accordingly. c. Help the compliance head, in matters related to corporate governance and statutory compliance. 2. RBI Filings and Compliance: a. Perform all RBI filings and compliance requirements applicable to the organization and its group entities. b. Stay in touch of RBI guidelines and circulars, ensuring prompt implementation of necessary changes. 3. Group Entities Management: a. Coordinate and liaise with various departments and entities within the group to ensure uniform compliance standards. b. Help conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the compliance status of group entities. 4. Documentation and Record Keeping: a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to Companies Act, LLP Act, and RBI compliance. b. Responsible for documentation for regulatory filings within stipulated timelines. 5. Collaboration and Communication: a. Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to address compliance issues and provide guidance. b. Communicate changes in regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders within the organization.

Key Competencies and Skills: ● In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines under Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, and RBI regulations. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
