Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Event Operations Manager. The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day event operations management, customer service, event planning, communication, budgeting, and ensuring successful execution of events. The Event Operations Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing event set-up and tear-down, and supervising event staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in event management and operations

Strong technical understanding of event operations and logistics

Proven track record of executing successful large-scale events

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong leadership and team management skills

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Flexibility to travel and work on weekends as required

Qualifications

• Excellent Operations Management and Event Planning skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Financial management
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Event Management software
• Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
• Flexible schedule and ability to work long hours and weekends
• Degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or relevant field is preferred
