Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor teams in delivering scalable, low-latency architecture and cost-effective solutions across various product teams.
• Identify areas of improvement within the existing codebase and implement corrective measures.
• Utilize various open-source distributed systems to implement solutions and deliver fully-fledged products.
• Ensure timely execution of solutions to address gaps and technical debt.
• Spearhead the development of novel solutions from scratch, collaborating with architects and engineers from other product teams to promote these solutions.
• Conduct regular code and architectural reviews, providing timely feedback to maintain code clarity, streamline complexities, and advocate best practices.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and explore ways to leverage them to enhance product delivery and quality.
• Assist the team in identifying and executing features with the right trade-offs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop cohesive development strategies across the organization.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C++, or other programming languages.
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in a product or startup environment.
• Strong expertise in designing for scalability and performance.
• Capability to conduct peer code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in data structures and algorithms.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
