Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Fawwnity, you will be the creative force behind our brand's visual identity across various touchpoints. From designing packaging to crafting user-centric digital experiences, your role will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and enhancing customer engagement. This position requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user experience and interface design principles. Additionally, proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential for creating captivating multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop visually appealing packaging designs for product launches, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.

Create eye-catching visuals for marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional campaigns.

Design engaging assets for social media platforms, such as posts, stories, and banners, to drive user interaction and brand awareness.

User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:

Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for digital products and platforms.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.

Video Editing and Motion Graphics:

Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, tutorials, and other promotional materials using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects to enhance video content and engage viewers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to storyboard, script, and produce compelling video narratives that align with brand messaging.

Content Development:

Work closely with the Content and Retention Specialist to integrate visually appealing graphics into content strategies.

Generate ideas and concepts for illustrations, infographics, and other graphic elements to enhance content effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and timelines.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to brainstorm and execute design concepts that support business goals.

Feedback Analysis:

Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to continuously improve visual assets.

Analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of design initiatives and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals and videos.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
