Designation: Lead Formwork Location: Mumbai Job Purpose: Managing formwork operations for all the projects in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: Position is a Lead role to manage the Formwork as Asset for the Organization and build best efficiency in Formwork usage across all projects of Mumbai Zone. Assess requirement from projects of both regions and decide on new purchase or refurbishment strategy . Maintain report on asset usage including reconciliation of aluform purchased across all projects of Mumbai Zone . Implement SOPs on refurbishment as rolled out by HO . Ensure reconciliation & new purchase inventory of aluform for the zone. Drive the formwork Design to ensure best constructability to ensure speed , quality and reuse . Participate in design from Concept stage till GFC . Assess quality of aluform supplied by suppliers and suggest improvements in design . This will include visit to vendors production facility to check Mock ups . Control shop drawing approvals (at present major reasons of delay) and follow up on timely material delivery Candidate will be required to participate and drive the Contract negotiation to get best efficiency technically and commercially Will have to move to sites to see the actual erection of Formwork and get the desired optimal outcome wrt Quality, Speed. , Will have to drive the Formwork strategy for High Rise building and for Affordable to Horizontal development of Township Always look for better formwork technology viz – Peri , Doka , Alcina , RMD , Aluform etc to meet the projects timeline and Efficiency requirement. Educational Qualification: BE Civil Experience: 15+ years of experience in Formwork.
