Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with teams to develop marketing strategies, creating and managing sales channels, and driving company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus
