Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor, located in Mundra. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the security team, including physical security, customer service, and operations management. The Security Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Operations Management abilities
- Experience in physical security, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required, additional education in security-related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in the petrochemical or oil and gas industries is a plus
