This role will be responsible for ensuring Quality of product through manufacturing process, Stabilisation of Manufacturing process to ensure end of line quality. Ensure legal & Different Quality compliance related to PWT shop

Relevant Experience :
1. Must possess overall experience of 10-16 years in Manufacturing Quality, and must possess sound knowledge of Quality system & Implementation. Working exp for Warranty & next customer complaints reduction.Key Responsibilities:

1 Manufacturing Quality
- Sound knowledge of Engine & Transmission manufacturing process - Assembly & Machine Shop
- Good Exposure to Quality system implantation across shop with proper documentation
- Ensuring product quality during manufacturing process
- Strengthening of Quality system & audits to ensure quality of product & monitoring existing system
- Implementation of system for Monitoring - SPC, Process parameters, Special Process, Legal Compliance
- Ensuring Quality through strengthening End Of line Testing for PWt shop
- Implementation of WCQ initiatives and drive improvements
- System Adherence
- DIFTR
- Quality assurance
- Process parameter adherence
2 New Product Development
- Seek inputs and provide support to the ERC team for product proving & system implementation
- Ensure station level readiness, against the checklist provided by the Technical Services
- Ensure process capability of machines for machining
- Understanding and resolution of issues faced during product development & provide improvement inputs to Technical Services
- BBO (Build by Objective) targets
Education
Work Experience
3 Process Quality Improvement
- Seek feedback from internal and external customers and create action plan for incorporating production improvements
- Provide inputs to lead maintenance on line improvements and follow up for closure
- Plan and deploy action plan basis of feedback received from different agencies (Warranty, next customer, customer issues etc.)
- Resolve daily line quality issues by coordinating with Line quality counterparts

4 Customer Complaints

- Planning corrective actions to improve on situation / condition of machine
