Purpose of the position

This role will be responsible for ensuring Quality of product through manufacturing process, Stabilisation of Manufacturing process to ensure end of line quality. Ensure legal & Different Quality compliance related to PWT shop
Dimensions of the position
Safety: Ensure safe work place with Zero accident
Quality: Ensure Quality system establishment in shop to achieve World class quality product
Productivity: To meet target by ensuring process Quality
Delivery: Ensure production in given schedule time with Quality
Cost: Reduction in Warranty complaints & cost
Morale: Ensure high morale of team to to ensure quality
Environment: Ensure Environment compliance as per targets in goal sheet
