Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
Sales Presentations
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the products or services offered.
Sales Calls
- Make outbound sales calls to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide information to potential customers.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications - Proven experience in inside sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Preferred - A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
