Job Description
1. Monitoring bookkeeping of Parent and all subsidiary companies. 2. Preparing MIS Reports 3. Analyzing cost and overheads and reporting variances at company and region level. 4. Implement efficient strategies to increase free cash flow to the organisation through collaborating with Sales and Collections to reduce debtors. 5. Preparation of site wise / Customer wise tracking of cost. 6. Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements. 7. Accurate and Auditable financial statements made available as per agreed timelines. 8. Coordination with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors for ensuring all audit issues are closed on time. 9. Implement controls, processes and mechanisms to ensure that financial resources are used judiciously and in line with business goals (includes all policies and manuals, authority limits, SOPs etc.) 10. Enhance Financial Performance by driving efficiencies in region operations including review of business performance against set targets and forecasts.
