Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Warp 'n Weft by Sagrika Rai located in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the label, ensuring that quality is maintained, and processes are optimized. The Operations Manager will be expected to liaise with the creative director, sales and marketing team, and supply chain partners to ensure the smooth functioning of the label.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in the textile or fashion industry
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
• Experience in supply chain management and logistics
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textiles, Technology or related field
• It's important for you to understand the latest technology and how it can be integrated with efficient and constant upgrades
• Experience in dealing with different cultures and languages is a plus
