Job description
Provides functional expertise, guidance and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products.
QUALIFICATIONS
For you to succeed in this role, you
MUST have:
- 3-5 years of extensive experience as SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Completed SF Employee Central Full Lifecycle implementations including Analysis, Conceptual Design, Blue Printing, Fit / Gap Analysis and detailed realization for th e project .
- Experience in preparation and documentation of functional business process procedures for end-users.
- Core skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, global implementations, unit & integration testing, UAT / regression testing.
- HR-400 Certification would be an advantage
NICE-TO-HAVE
SuccessFactors EC and ECP Certification (or candidate must be willing to undergo certification)
RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE: Supported SAP Payroll to improve payroll compliance.
- Worked on various payroll functionalities such as payroll processing, deductions, cumulations, processing classes, wage types, garnishment, off-cycle payroll, FI Posting, and 3rd party remittance.
- Performed all round support on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll that includes: Foundation Objects configuration, Role Base Permissions, Workflows, Position Management, Global Assignment configuration, Time-Off, defined business rules, prepared test data for interface and regression testing for EC quarterly.
