JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficient in administrative activities.
- Coordinate Activities of International Office, Exchange and Twinning Programs, Articulation Agreements, and Research Collaboration.
- The successful candidate will routinely coordinate multiple priorities, handle tight deadlines, and address last-minute requests and revisions.
- Produces information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Conserves Director’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains the Director’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Secures information by completing database backups.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in Educational events.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels to review operating practices at the workplace, suggest improvements where necessary and take approvals to implement the actions after discussion with executives and functional managers.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)
- A graduation degree from a reputed institute
- Min 2-4 years of executive administrative experience, with 2 recently supporting high-level corporate executives.
- Superior Organizational Skills / Detail Oriented, Scheduling, Time Management, and Presentation skills.
- Strong Written, Analytical & Oral Communication skills.
- High-level skills in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software programs quickly.
- Self-motivated / Proactive / Ability to work independently and manage multiple.
