Job description
• Responsible for scheduling & execution of branch assessments in assigned locations within defined time, covering all areas as laid down in standard operating procedure. • Accountable for timely completion, verification and delivery of regular assessments and publishing of reports of the allocated branches covering all branch operations, as per standard operating procedure. • Accountable for maintaining quality of assessment reports by using checklists and thorough documentation of the findings. • Coordinate with branch staff for timely completion and submission of assessment reports. • Ensure branch is aware of the assessment findings as laid out in the report and clarify doubts / questions raised about the findings. • Ensure timely escalation and reporting to branch as well as operations seniors for any significant issues related to branch assessments. • Coordinate and build relationship with other departments to complete assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner. • Conduct scheduled as well as unscheduled verification at branches on specific processes, defined from time to time. • Accountable for effective & regular conduct of training to branch staff on branch operations processes and procedures, including system training. • Assist branches in improvement of branch evaluation scores • Drive process initiatives & improvements, at organizational level as well as regional level. • Responsible for maintaining branch assessment data and trackers for process orientation • Good communication and pleasing personality. • High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm
