Role : Application Developer Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have Skills : Web Analytics Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1- Create Tealeaf events 2- Knowledge of designing dashboards and extracting replays XMLs to understand customer struggle and issue analysis 3- Defining and documenting user experience requirements Technical Experience : 1-Must have Skill knowledge of IBM Tealeaf, Advanced JavaScript , Event creation and script 2-Experience with Quantum, Tableau and database handling 3- Interface with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace 4- Interface with tools such as Splunk for dashboarding Safe Agile trained Professional Attributes : Should have Good Communication Skill Should have Good Analytical skills Educational Qualification : Additional Information : Should have Good Communication Skill Should have Good Analytical skills
