Job description
Architect-SFDC
• Masters SFDC Sales Service Cloud and the integration aspects with other platforms including solid understanding of architecture 8 years of minimum technical implementation experience in SFDC
• Sales Service Cloud is required 3 years experience in LWC implementation is a must Experienced with preparing technical designs and validating the output delivered by development teams against those designs including code review 5 years of minimum experience and two full cycle project implementations required
• Experienced with coaching developers including estimating software development in Agile Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on work assignments
• May supervise the activities of others Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
• Exercises independent judgment in methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups
• Should have experience knowledge about agile ceremonies like daily standup refinement retrospection and demo
• Strong work prioritization skills Strong communication skills
• Experienced with coaching developers in Salesforce customization integration and design.
