Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Business Development Head to spearhead our lead generation and sales efforts, overseeing the entire business development process. The Business Development Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and optimizing our business development strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive business for the company. Lead the business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team targets. Identify and prioritize target markets and industries, conducting market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities. Should possess knowledge about how to cater to queries. Should possess deep knowledge of generation of leads through different sources for e.g inbound leads, Upwork, Outbound Leads Should be aware of handling team queries, and guiding the team to meet the targets by analyzing and streamlining the processes whenever required. Drive the end-to-end sales process, from generating, prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations Analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and develop actionable insights to optimize business development strategies.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development roles, with a focus on lead generation and sales within the IT Industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies. Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate a team. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
